1. What happens if I make a reservation directly with the hotel?

Ans : Guests can contact hotel reservation department directly if there are special needs or further inquiries. This way also ensures that there is no booking lost occurred. Moreover, proprietary special packages with special rate can be found on our website only.


2. When will my booking be confirmed?

Ans : Right after guests' credit care is verified then guest will receive a room confirmation e-mail from hotel. Normally, within 24 hours after reservation is made.


3. How much does it cost for an extra person?

Ans : The hotel will charge an extra THB 1,500 per night inclusive of breakfast.


4. What do I need to know about child rates?

Ans : Baby cot for child under 2 years is free of charge.

A maximum of 1 child under 12 years of age can stay free when sharing a room with their parents and utilizing existing bedding. If an extra bed is required THB750 is charged (This rate is inclusive of breakfast)

All children at the age 5 to 12 are entitled to get 50% discount on their meal plan.

6. What is your cancellation policy?

Ans : Cancellation policy varies depending on the terms & conditions of the chosen package.


7. Can I request for a smoking/ non-smoking room?

Ans : Yes, the hotel can arrange a smoking/ non-smoking room regarding the guest's request.


8. Where can I use Wifi internet & cost?

Ans : Free Wifi internet is available both in hotel public areas and inside every guestroom.


9. Does the hotel provide babysitting service in guestroom and Family Room?

Ans : Yes, the hotel provides babysitting service both in guestroom and Family Room upon guest's request which should be done at least one day in advance and there might be some fees occurred. Our Family Room is open daily from 10 A.M. till 6 P.M. Also, please note that children with the age between 2-12 years are NOT allowed to use kid's club without parental supervision.


10. Can I bring in non-registered guests into my room?

Ans : Yes, it is possible to bring in non-registered guests into guestroom. However, a charge for non-registered fee at THB1,000 per person will be applied. For a security reason, non-registered guests will be asked to leave their ID cards or identification papers at our reception desk.


11. Is it possible for me to check-in early?

Ans : Yes, it is possible for an early check-in, however, this cannot be guaranteed since this is subjected to room availability on such arrival date.


12. Does the hotel provide in-house gym and trainer?

Ans : Yes, the hotel provides a free of charge in-house gyms, however, without a trainer. Therefore, guests who use the gym should have experienced using such gym equipments.


13. Does the hotel offer currency exchange?

Ans : We do not provide currency exchange service at the hotel. However, only a few steps away from the hotel, there are several banks offer currency exchange.


14. Are there parking spaces available at the hotel?

Ans : The hotel provides free parking spaces for every in-house guest. However, a certain amount of fees will be collected from those who are not staying at the hotel and willing to park their vehicles in the hotel premises.
