• Deposits and payments are non-refundable
• No refund of reservation charge for no shows

Cancellations & Charges - Other Times :
• Booking deposit non refundable for cancellations made more than 10 days before arrival date.
• 1 night charged / no deposit refund (whichever is higher) for cancellations made less than 10 days before arrival date.
• 1 night charged for no show during low season.
• No refund and full booking charged for early check out between 20th Dec - 20th Feb.
• 50% booking fee charged for early check out between 1st Oct - 19th Dec and 21st Feb - 30th April.
• 1 night charged from booking for early check out between 1st May - 30th Sept.
