Cancellation & No show policies:
Guests must notify the resort of cancellation and reduction in number of accommodations within the minimum period specified hereunder:
Low Seasons (1st May to 31st Oct) : 1 night charge if cancelled less than 11 days prior to check-in date
High Seasons (1st Oct to 19th Dec & 16th Jan to 30th Apr) : 1 night charge if cancelled less than 16 days prior to check-in date
Peak Season (20th Dec to 15th Jan) : 3nights charge if cancelled less than 31 days prior to check-in date
No Shows : Full amount of reservation charge.
